The movie “Reminders of Him” is newly released. It was released March 13, 2026. It is a romance movie. It is rated PG-13. The movie is an hour and 55 minutes long. It is based on a book, Reminders of Him by Collen Hoover. The movie is about a mom who is freshly out of prison, hasn’t seen her daughter since birth, and has to get her life together before she gets in trouble.

The girl was in a great relationship with her boyfriend. One night they were both drunk and she drove them home. They wrecked and she went to get help. He was killed and to prison she went. After he passed, she found out she was pregnant. Fast-forward to her getting out of prison, she gets an apartment and a job at the grocery store. Her and the boy’s best friend end up falling in love. He talks the grandparents into letting her meet her daughter, and from there, there is a happy ending.

The plot of the movie is obviously easier to understand when you watch it but is not difficult at all. Halfway into the movie, I found myself caring for the character. Getting upset went something went wrong and feeling excited when something went well.

I watched this movie in theater with my mom and friends. It is one of the best movies I have seen. I feel as if it was cut short and we should’ve been given a better ending though. I would 10/10 recommend this movie to anyone.
