After a 1-21 season, the SMHS boys basketball team played their best game during the quarterfinals of the Class A, Region 1 Tournament at Cameron. St. Marys stayed close in the first half and took the lead in the second. 51-48 in a No. 7 seed vs. No. 10 seed game. It was the blue devils first win since Dec. 29th. The devils stayed behind by 4 points at halftime. The second half they got the lead 36-34. Andre Anderson led with 16 points. Roe Maston added 12. Trevor Maley, Greg Jemison, and Chan Wilkinson, also provided for the win. The advanced to the semifinals and faced Clay- Battelle.
