St. Marys High School hosted the Autumn Classic, with the boys’ cross country team taking first place. Tyler Consolidated’s Amos Kimble won the boys’ race, while Max Dauch led St. Marys in sixth. Williamstown’s Alyssa Sauro won the girls’ race and St. Marys’ Anna Bennett finished 10th. The St. Marys girls placed third overall. Both teams will race next at the XC Festival at Cabell Midland.

My name is Christian. I’m from Austria. I’m 16 years old. Right now, I’m doing an exchange year in the beautiful State West Virginia in St. Marys (St Marys High School.) In the beginning I was nervous but with the time I got more confidence. Besides that, I am in the football team and can proudly say that I’m the kicker. It is an incredible feeling to help the team however I can, whether with field goals or extra points.
