Last Saturday, at Point Pleasant on a cold November night, the St. Marys Blue Devils 2022 season came to an end in the first round of the WVSSAC playoffs after a 52-21 loss to Wahama. Whama came into the game being undefeated and with the highest scoring offense in the state of class A. Right off the bat, senior Joey Ramsey instantly returned the kickoff of the game for an 86-yard touchdown. Three plays later Wahama showed their offense’s capability after a 51-yard touchdown run by Case Stewart. It was a hard fought battle but The White Falcons slowly slipped away and ended up beating The St. Marys Devils.
