The St. Marys Boys and Girls track teams from SMHS competed at the Silver Knights Invitational. The Boys’ team had a great showing where they finished in second, and the girls team finished fourth. The boys team won two races and finished second in two events.
SMHS girls team won the 3200 race with Virginia Haddox running it. Also, Kenzie Armstrong won the discus competition. The boys team finished with Reece Westfall winning the 400 and 800. Isaac Kimball won the pole vault competition for the boys as well. For second placers SMHS took the 4×400 and 4×800. Our track team is very good and will have success when they go to state this coming week.
