Drake Duty gave a presentation to the forensic classes about the Tyler County Office of Emergency Management. Drake is one of the many volunteers for TCOEM, which provides search and rescue and disaster responses to all of WV and many surrounding states. They also work closely with FEMA and WV Homeland Security. Drake discussed his experience as a volunteer and a drone operator.
