“Regretting You” is a new released movie as of October 24. It was originally a book that was written by Colleen Hoover. The film tells a story of a mother and daughter, Morgan and Clara. The relationship between them becomes strained after a tragic accident changes their lives. As the truth began to reveal itself, both Morgan and Clara are forced to face it and find their own ways to heal.  

 I use the app TikTok and scrolling through the app, I have seen teasers and the trailer of “Regretting You.” Out of boredom and the interest TikTok sparked in me, I had the urge to go watch it. Two days after the movie came out in theatres, I took it upon myself to go and watch it. I went with my friend Taylor because our plans to originally go to a haunted house fell through. I am not complaining though because I am glad I got to watch it.  

“Regretting You” is a romantic drama. The plot of the movie was not confusing. In the movie you can clearly see what the plot is supposed to be. Morgan’s sister and husband having affair and dying together changes the plot line. Each character played a significant part in the movie. I also thought that each character did a great job in their acting role. 

The events that occurred in the movie, I found to be very believable. The moments that struck me the most was when Morgan got with her true lover and Miller presented his film. I would recommended this movie to anyone. I rate it a 10/10. I loved it!
