SMHS’s Theatre Troupe 1901, led by Mrs. Amber Campano, has an exciting announcement to make! They have chosen a winter play to perform for both our school as well as to compete in the regional one act competition, to potentially qualify for states. The one-act play that has been chosen for this year is Yellow Wallpaper, adapted by Kathryn Funkhouser and the original story written by Charlotte Perkins Gilman.
Introducing the selected actors and actresses to perform this production are as followed: Kendall McGee, Lily Westbrook, Sam Lauderman, Liam Loughner, Elliot Chipps, Campbell Wilson, Madison Kern, Serenity Thompson, Addie Smith and Isaac Miller. The regional competition will be on Jan. 9, and it will be located at Parkersburg South.
