The St. Marys Blue Devil golf team had a home golf match on Aug. 20. It was a nine-hole event at the St Marys Golf Club on Grape Island. Cooper Hall out of Doddridge County was one of the medalists with a 4-over par 36 score to the edge of Tripp Morrison to claim the runner-up spot with Logan Martin and Carson Hall out of Ritchie County and Porter Kelley out of Doddridge County. They all tied with a 5-over par rounds of 37. St Marys very own Desmond Parks also had a solid round finishing in the sixth spot with a 6-over par and a round of 38.
The Doddridge Bulldogs take home the number one spot with 154 points and home the runners-up spot would be the Ritchie County Rebels, and they finished with 162 points. The host of the match the St Marys Blue Devils take home the third spot with 177 points. South Harrison (181), Parkersburg Catholic (183), and Frontier OH (219).
