On Saturday, Sept. 6, the St. Marys High School cross country teams competed in the Jeremy Anderson Invitational at Fort Frye High School. The girls’ team got runner–up, finishing 11 points behind Warren, OH. Placing in the top 20, Anna Bennett got 3rd with a time of 19:51.8, Savana Burd got 8th with a time of 20:40.9, and Maddie Smith got 16th with a time of 22:01.6. The boys’ team placed fifth, finishing 18 points behind Marietta. Bryce Bills got 8th with a time of 16:50.7.
