The St. Marys Blue Devils golf team us back on top again. The SMHS golf team was able to leave the state tournament with more hardware as they won the West Virginia state golf tournament. They are No.1 in singe A in West Virginia. This was the fourth time in the last six seasons. Furthermore, three out of the four devils playing in the state tournament made it on the top eight leader board and secured a spot on the all-state tournament team for single A. Those golfers were Preston Lawhon, Trent Renner, and Tripp Morrison. Coach Hamilton and assistant coach Blaze Armstrong have now guided the SMHS golfers four out of their five all-time state golf titles. The golfers did an amazing job this season.
