The Cameron dragons beats St. Marys devils 46-21. Turnovers on offense and special teams was the issue for the blue devils, who fells 1-2 after they pinned the devils deep in their own territory. Sawyer reed scored the first touchdown.
After the devils turn the ball over Cameron quickly scores again. St. Marys momentarily halted Cameron’s momentum on its next drive and a 5-yard run by Eli Wilson put the devils on the scoreboard, Wilson also gets the two-point conversion. the score was 13-8 with 1;18 left in the first quarter. The
Cameron dominates the rest the half scoring four more touch downs building a 32-point lead.
St. Marys was able to regroup at half time but it was too late to over come the deficit. After the third quart going with no score the devils beat Cameron in the fourth quarter 13-6. Wilson had his second big game on the ground for the blue devils, after running 96 yards in a 28-0-week 2 win over oak glen the hard running junior churned out 126 yards on 29 carries both career highs.
Kimball adds 44 yards on the ground while Brody rice added 22 stripes. Ryan Kent throws 1-2 with his one completion going to DeMoss for 32 yards. The devils had 216 yards, and the dragons had 312 yards.
