The St. Marys Marching Devils are in their prime time for their season. They have been to several competitions in the past two months. On Oct. 12, they went to the Black Walnut Festival in Spencer, West Virginia. The band ended up leaving with third in overall band in class C competition.
Now the members are gearing up to perform at the State Competition on Oct.
26, 2024. While the competition will be fierce, the band remains optimistic in hopes to reign Class D State Champions. Sophomore, Bella Allen, says, “I think we play the best we have and we will do pretty good.”
