Running is both a mentally and physically tough sport. If you run, you know it is tough to get into. Having to run miles can and will be exhausting but can be fun depending on where you are running and who you are running with. It is a good thing to take part in races, Cross Country or to just run in general. It can be very relaxing and can be an effective way to meditate and clear your mind.
Running is also a very effective way of staying in shape. Though you might be slow at the beginning, as you continue running you will get faster and be able to go a greater distance than when you started. This is a great thing, showing that you are getting stronger and more athletic. Running is put into many sports like baseball, football, soccer, etc. Running is a major part of many sports.
For example, when you play as a receiver in football, you have to run the ball. Another example is when you play baseball, when you hit the ball with the bat, you have to run between bases. Running is something many people don’t realize is an important skill in many sports and is a good way to help you train for any sport you do. Running is just something good to do in general. Running benefits many people from making new friends to staying in shape.
