Williamstown wins in overtime 51-48 in a hard fought battle against the Lady Devils. One of the best matchups in the state battled it out. The lady devils built up a strong lead in the first quarter but then the Jackets battled back. The lady Jackets led 39-35 at 5:30 before St. Marys made a final run to put the game into overtime. The Lady Jackets stayed on top in overtime and went on to win the game. Callie Powell and Addie Davis both led with double digits. Davis had 13 and Powell with 11. Kiera Martin had 8 points, five rebounds and two blocked shots. Freshman Anna Bennett had 6 points coming off the St. Marys bench. Brynnley Bullock although in foul trouble had five points, five rebounds and four assists. Breanna Price had a great all around performance with five points, six rebounds and two steals. The devils had a great team effort but fought with Williamstown’s height and couldn’t come out on top.
