20 Goals To Set In 2020
It’s that time of the year again… time to reflect on what we did, and didn’t, accomplish this year. Everyone knows the saying “New Year, New Me.” It’s time to make that true! Here are some goals to set in 2020.
Nurture a Living Thing
Whether it’s a plant, an animal, or baby, keeping something alive and healthy can make you feel accomplished.
End one relationship that drains you.
Why would you keep a toxic friend? Someone who emotionally and physically drains you, is someone who will not help you grow.
Strive for less phone time.
The average American spends 20 hours a week on their cell phone. Cut that time down this year.
Declutter!
Whether its your room or your whole house, decluttering will make your life so much easier. Knowing where everything is will lessen anxiety and stress.
Drink more water!
You are supposed to drink 8 cups of water a day. Did you do that this year? Yes? No? If not, do it! If you did, great! Drink more!Go somewhere you’ve never been.
Don’t let a whole year go by while doing the same old stuff. Take a trip! Whether it’s short, or long, you’re sure to at least see some new things.
Do something YOU enjoy, once a month.
Treat yourself! Whether that is getting your nails done, getting a massage, or buying a new shirt, do it for YOU!
Do charity work… regularly.
Do charity work regularly. Donate to a cause of your choice, make homeless care packages, visit a dog shelter, adopt a family. Whatever you choose to do, it will make a difference.
Become healthier.
Get a gym membership, go on a run, eat healthier foods!
Find another hobby
Do something different! Learning new things is always fun.
Save more money than you spend
Your savings amount should always be bigger than your credit card bill.
Learn a new language
Expand your brain. Make friends with people who speak this language, and maybe visit the place they are native to!
Say thank you to everyone.
Manners are something you learned as a child, but sometimes you can forget. make a point to thank everyone.
